Leuk hotel gerund door een echtpaar die er alles aan deden om het naar je zin te maken. Huiselijke sfeer. Eigen restaurant en goed parkeren en elektrische laden van je auto. Nog geen 2 km van Audi Forum.

-Communication difficulties because they don't speak English
-The air conditioning was missing. He wasn't really present
-We booked for 2 adults and 2 children and in the room there was a double bed and a cot.
-We had a very disappointing experience. Delayed by an accident and set to arrive at 10:15 PM, the property showed no flexibility, insisting the check-in deadline was 10:00 PM despite Booking.com stating 11:00 PM. It took Booking customer service to intervene and get them to wait for us. The most frustrating part? When we arrived at 10:15 PM, the owner was simply playing cards with friends. A complete lack of empathy and customer care, especially since we had even informed them we were traveling with our 4-year-old twin daughters.
