Host friendliness and it included breakfast!
Bedroom, restroom too small and tight, and no streaming only movies channels.

Clean room, great having a refrigerator in the room and the shower was hot. Staff were accommodating when we asked to extend our stay by one night.
It was quite a walk to any sights and restaurants. The breakfast options were rather limited.

The air conditioning was in excellent condition and the shower had hot water.
The rooms and social spaces are small, with thin walls that don’t serve to isolate the sound of the street or the corridors, which is why the noise made it difficult for me to rest at night It was a bad experience since it was the only thing I was looking for in this hotel. The service staff is rude (they don't even respond to a "Good morning" greeting) and they have an outdated billing system. I think they need to improve both the infrastructure of the property and their staff, unless they decide to lower the lodging rate.
