The staff were very helpful, friendly and nice. Spa was nice (albeit a bit expensive). Enjoyed the water aerobics and other pool based activities. My daughter loved the pool.
I booked via booking.com, for what I thought was 3 people (2 adults and 1 child) to stay in one room. Getting to the hotel, I was advised that the booking was for 1 person!! and that I needed to cough up an extra $360 - wow! making the very expensive hotel stay even more expensive. Facilities were dated and the food???? just terrible. My daughter hardly ate the whole time! The 'all inclusive' was somewhat inclusive as things like ice cream and some drinks (very limited drinks menu) were off the table. The gym at the property was under construction, so could not be used. Entertainment was hit and miss.
