Great place for a family holiday with exceptional service

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel, 2 in the garden villa and 1 in sea view villa (definitely seaview villa is much nicer). The best part of this hotel are the people that work there - management team that you see around all the time during breakfast or dinner and they are continuously checking on how you are doing and if you are getting everything you need. And in general all the staff is super helpful with great attention to detail. This hotel has a very cozy calm atmosphere, you simply relax and enjoy your time, no hustle and not overcrowded or any crowded places. Food is very good at this place and served fast as well. It is also very easy to get to the hotel itself, they have very organized transport so you don't have to wait anywhere straight from the taxi to the boat and the boat takes less than 10 min to the island, so if you want to visit the city it was super easy with 2 kids for us. The villas have an authentic style, a very nice but with few slippery areas, myself and kids fell down in a couple of occasions, you just need to be mindful all the time when moving around. It was the only hotel that approached us during our last lunch before the check out to find out what they could do better and we had a nice conversation, they also gave us a lot of gifts upon check out which we really appreciated. In general if you come to this hotel as a family you will enjoy your time and staff will take care of you. Differently visit Z bar it's on the top of the hill and they serve nice cocktails.

Some areas of the hotel are a bit worn out, however it doesn't impact your vacation. Our villa had issues with toilet flushing, however the housekeeping assistant came almost immediately to fix it. There is no kids club, however they do have a full day of activities for kids to keep them busy outdoors. My son was playing football with other kids and made friends for a few days, which was fun.

Прекрасный завтрак! Контроль качества продуктов на завтраке. Большой выбор свежевыжатых соков и овощей. Вкусная еда в ресторанах в любое время. Отношение к детям. Всегда занимаются с детьми. Разнообразная активная программа в цену проживания включено йога, пилатес, звуковая медитация, тай бокс и др. Действительно интересно и разнообразно. У детей также активная программа включена и есть чем заняться. Терапевты по массажу профессиональны. Очень понравилось действительный контроль со стороны менеджера во всех департаментах! Всегда уточняют и индивидуальный подход к каждому гостю. Все супер. Обязательно вернусь. Для любителей плавания как мы нужно учитывать особенность острова- приливы и отливы. Это не минус это особенность, о которой нужно знать. Кто хочет делать фото на вечернем закате на фоне воды должны учесть и подобрать правильное время. Отель ухоженный, чистый, очень внимательный персонал от работников до менеджеров!

Amazing villas and top notch service

Amazing villas, great infinity pool and awesome food Villas are very private, have a great outdoor area and the pool is pretty big compared to similiar type of villas in other resorts. Breakfast is superb and with threee restaurants, ther is always enough choices. Our fav was Rum Chapel where the staff was also great. We traveled with our 4year old and the stuff through all the resort were great with him providing always extra care and entretainment. The overall resort grounds are very well maintained and thr gardens are beatiful.

The beach suffers from important erosion , even the hotel tries to take care and protect the shore

Absolutely amazing! Would surely come again.

Fantastic location, everything is well thought out, attention to detail is phenomenal.

There were lots of small lizards across the room walls specifically the washroom area, which made kids a bit uncomfortable.

Magnificent stay! The room is very nice, and amenities such as steam in the bathtub amazing overall. The staff is too sweet. A little anecdote, we had some insects in the front yard and we mentioned it, insectsthey came and clean in. Insects never came back. It's a mix of forest and beautiful views on James Bond Island. Bravo for the great place.

A wonderful stay with amazing staff

An beautiful & peaceful spot. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. We had a spacious villa with a very comfortable bed. The Thai food was delicious and the breakfast vast & tasty, Bonus of free ice cream every afternoon. A perfect spot for a family.

This is a fabulous Resort, staff are super welcome, very friendly and always do their best to meet your demand and make your happy. I really enjoyed my stay.

Not a point to the Resort. Just remind that those who have Marriott Bonvey account, note you cannot gain your points if you using Booking. You won’t be very happy about this considering your spending.

The Naka Island is a dream resort for relaxing

Excellent facilities and friendly staff. The food in three restaurants was delicious. For the Marriott members, I enjoyed 10% discount for every meals. Every morning we woke up with birds singing and garden view in the villa. It's also convenient to take speedboat shuttle to the main island and ride on taxi to the downtown for shopping. What an unforgettable trip!

Tap water is a bit salty and triggered my wife’s skin allergies. If this can be changed, then it will be perfect.

A wonderful resort, slightly overpriced.

Location, staff, and facilities were excellent. Breakfast was fabulous, with exceptional variety and service. The extensive daily activity schedules, free ice cream, and overall very generous feel all made it very special.

Pool was dirty, room was dirty, rain seeped in through windows. A raw unfinished feeling overall. Used Slippers were provided. Not as refined as the luxury brand it sells.

Very nice property. very calm. The villas with private pool are amazing. staying on a small island was wonderful. All transportations were very well organized by the staff. Highly recommended for family who seeks a quite place in Phuket.

Beautiful sunset views, seaside views. Hotel immersed with nature with many free activities

Its an interesting experience to stay in this island resort. Different experience from hustle and bustle of phuket town. They have beautiful sunset and seaside views. Friendly staff. I feel staying one night is adequate. The hotel has many free activities for the residents so plan to spend a whole day relaxing on the island. t

Cons for me are that the price I feel is quite high and the rooms, although were interesting/aesthetic, wouldn't say its fantastic for the price point.

I would like to repeat the visit for a longer stay for sure.

Breakfast was amazing and the facilities by the hotel was above my expectation. The swimming pool inside my villa was great in size, internal shower, outdoor shower all of these were exceptional.

Only a minor thing was a dislike is the insects there, but it won't be a reason at all not to stay there.
