Very comfortable and clean property, but the highlight is the staff, all of whom are friendly and professional.
The room was not particularly warm on arrival, but not uncomfortably so.

I have stayed here many times when visiting a customer in ussel. The rooms are of good quality and the staff are friendly and enthusiastic. It almost feels family run. When I have stayed in the summer it’s possible to take a walk to the nearby village and also into the countryside. The food is very haute cuisine.

Easy to get to, very close to the highway. Restaurant at the premises and charging station for electric vehicles a plus.
Room quite old and but corridor and room smelly. Bathroom extremely small. The shower is in the bathtub. We had dinner at the restaurant asking for the bill to be added to the room bill. When we paid the day after the impression was that the prices charged were higher than the ones on the menu.
