Cleanliness, staff very nice. Hotel location and with a parking lot. The breakfast was ok, but it could have more fresh food (fruit, for example).
Not enough warm bed clothing. It's true I could have turned on the AC and I didn't, but I prefer to have a very warm blanket or duvet instead of AC on.

Breakfast was acceptable and I appreciate them offering breakfast but it should start at 7:00AM - there were 15 adults standing outside the breakfast room at 7:20AM patiently waiting as they needed to eat breakfast and had someplace to go - their job. The hotel has parking which is appreciated
The hotel needs a general refresh as it is a an older building. Breakfast should start earlier and was a little simple, the coffee was ok and made in a machine.
