Location was.perfect. Staff were wonderful.

Not having our toilet paper refilled on our second day of stay. We ended up having to use the tissues. Also next time we would pay extra for a room with the beach view, the car park view isn't very appealing.

Cigarette butts and spiders webs on the balcony. No balcony table, they provide a small table on request but you can't eat outside.

The hotel position is near local sights and has a great view of the beach. The bathroom was a good size. Other parts overlook the docks, also a great view.

The room size was small for the price ($900 for two nights, including breakfast) with only 1 lounge chair and a table. We had to sit on the bed to watch TV - not comfortable. Room service was prompt but the food was not hot.

Position Position Position! Beach views on one side - 5 mins walk to the tram on the other side. It was a pleasant hotel of its type with competent staff and good food.

Room was fine in terms of amenities but a little small. Parking spaces are VERY tight!!

Lift need servicing

The view was amazing.

The motel is very old and dated, some of it honestly needs demolishing. The exhaust fan in bathroom didn't do anything but stayed on constantly and was very noisy.

Was told to move window table by staff member as it was reserved, but the table was vacant the whole evening which I found annoying. And she rudely interrupted us when I was on a call to family member

The view was fabulous, the position just right with very good cafes and restaurants nearby. We were very impressed..

The location and view was great. Room was clean and comfortable.

There wasn't a sharp knife or any knife, which would have been useful.

Friendly staff, comfy bed, great location. Left an item of clothing there and they already let me know and offered to post before I even got home.

Gorgeous veiw of the beach. Great room service

The room we had faced the beach and had a balcony with amazing views. The ability to have the door open and listen to the crashing of the waves was a huge step up from our previous hotel where the windows were not able to be opened. The location was excellent and we had no noise issues from other guests or traffic.

We asked for twin beds and had one single and one queen/double which took up a lot of space. Not sure I would take this option again.
