Awesome hotel and great breakfast!

The room is spacious and breakfast has many choices to choose from. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. We were allowed to check out at 2PM which is amazing!!

The check in was a little longer than usual and we received the key to the second bedroom 2 hours after check in but the hotel compensated us with a late check out and the staff who helped us was really kind and apologetic. We appreciate weekend is always busy

bedroom and bathroom are both big. Clean. Easy to check-in and check out. There are shuttle Buses from the airport to the hotel

Spacious room, with polite and friendly staff; breakfast buffet got variety of food choices. Good locations to reach, also connection with surrounding entertainment units

Fantastic location. The hotel is connected to The Londoner which makes it very convenient for the casinos shopping and food. The buffet breakfast has an amazing spread too. Will stay here again.

Ok but won’t go back here again.

It was good place to stay

Booked 2 rooms, only 1 avail. The other one not avail till 3.5hours pass check in time but no one told me why until i call and i asked. Ended up, they changed my rooms to new rooms because they said the other room (my supposed connecting room) has some issues. No compliment given no info until i have to ask :(

There is the smoking smell all the areas of accommodations such as the way from lift to the room and the rooms themselves.

Miles away from Home!

Great & spacious hotel that links to other hotels. Beautiful & friendly staff

First, the toilet bowl never comes with a bidet. Secondly the water pressure for shower was too strong & drainage of waste water was too slow. Lastly, hopefully in future the hotel can lease out to 24 hrs Convenience store. Others were good & acceptable.

相當方便，從機場坐免費接駁車到旅館，第一站倫敦人/喜來登下車就可以。好幾家飯店連在一起，所以可以在裡面到處逛。後面有路可以直接通到美獅美高梅的娛樂場，從海底撈旁邊的出口出去就可以，不用風吹日曬。

可能風景稍差一點，還有很多可以看風景的旅館可以選擇，但交通方便度真的不錯。一樓的娛樂場比較老舊一點，去後面MGM的比較好。

It was pleasant.

The staff, Marcy, helped to provide us with the proper rooms for me and my family. She was very nice as well.

Some parts of the room looked outdated and needs to be improved.

Mooi hotel aan de Cotai Strip

Prachtig hotel dat in hetzelfde gebouw zit als 'The Londoner'. Het ligt aan de Cotai Strip, waar een paar hele grote extravagante casino's liggen. De strip is niet zo groots en levendig als de Las Vegas strip. Wij waren er in het laagseizoen en dat was wel te merken. In het oude gedeelte van Macau was er meer sfeer en gezelligheid en dat is zeker het bezoeken waard. Vanaf het oude fort heb je een mooi uitzicht over de oude stad. Het is vanaf het hotel een kwartier met de taxi ongeveer. Het hotel zelf is erg mooi. De lobby en gangen zijn heel ruim opgezet. Uiteraard is ook er een groot casino en er zijn meerdere restaurants. De hotelkamer was prima, schoon en ruim genoeg. Bij het ontbijtbuffet was er ruime keuze.

Good value for one night stay.

The location is convenient, it’s nearby The Londoner. I can reach to the shopping mall easily.

Every time we entering the room, there was a smell of smoke although my room is non-smoking type.

We enjoyed a lot and recommend!

The shuttle (to the Londoner) took us from the ferry terminal to the hotel, very easy and free. The location was great if you are looking to stay in the middle of the casinos and malls. If you want to explore the Macao city center, you can always take the free shuttle to another hotel on the other side of the bridge and a taxi from there (cheap and can be paid in HKD). Staff was also friendly when called upon. Room was great.

A bit confusing where the hotel begins or the casino or the mall or another hotel/tower - tip: don't be afraid to ask the staff for guidance, they generally speak English or call someone who does.

睡上半夜睡不著想找小天使，門口周圍一堆哦！不會再訂這間。夠爛的酒店

地址位置方便去賭場而已。

Check in 等有至少半小時！比出入境還誇張！床頭插頭壞，無法在床頭充電使用手機。廁所插頭跟吹風機插頭不相干只能在床腳尾吹髮。隔音也差，一直聽到隔壁開門聲響！進房門卡片要來回插入好幾次才有反應。

櫃臺主管的處理態度

當時入住時,有告知我們有2位小孩,但是房間還是給吸煙房,非常的臭,煙味很重,孩子也ㄧ直咳嗽,向櫃臺反應時,答覆是所有房型已客滿,沒有其他房型可以選擇,但孩子就是不舒服,後來想說算了,也已經很晚了,結果孩子洗完澡後,吹頭髮時,剛一插上插座,插座立馬冒出火花,我們快嚇死了,直接向櫃臺反應我要退宿,真的要瘋掉了.. 然後櫃臺立馬安排客服的主管,協助換房直接換到套房,也ㄧ直和我們道歉,折騰快半夜1點我們才弄好,真的快瘋掉,我們真的很火大,但跟我們對接的主管態度非常得好,也很客氣,也謝謝他的理解,我們玩了一天也很累,想早點休息,也謝謝主管的處理方式和態度,辛苦了

飯店設施算很新,在熱鬧的酒店區域,房間價格平價合理,會想再次造訪

位置在熱鬧的酒店區域(威尼斯人/巴黎人就在對面而已),要到各酒店間,都有連通道非常方便,不用擔心天氣不好天冷下雨入住時,接待人員貼心安排可以看到巴黎鐵塔的房間,所以從房間窗戶就可以欣賞到夜晚鐵塔美麗的燈光秀當下加入飯店集團會員,還可以延後退房2小時,真的很不錯,樓下就有的士站,要搭車到各景點方常方便房間算大,有乾溼分離,也有個大浴缸可以泡澡,床睡起來也很舒適有提供機場免費接駁巴士,也提供入住前/退房後寄放行李的服務

房間冰箱冷度不夠(打開後,只感覺比常溫再低溫一點點而已,大概10幾度),而且只能冰冷藏物品,無法冰冷凍的東西酒店內沒有設立便利商店,想要買個麵包零食飲料不是很方便,要走去後面的美獅美高梅裡才有OK便利店

Reception needs to be retrained, but the room and amenities were fine.

Room was nice and large. The amenities in the room including the toiletries, robes, slippers were a nice touch. Our first room had a really large king sized bed which was nice, but unfortunately we had to swap it for a queen room (see below for what we didn't like). Bell staff was friendly as was the concierge, they probably saved the experience for us because check in was so atrocious.

Reception and check in was absolutely horrible. I've never had such a bad experience at check in ever. Check in took awhile for the lady to find our reservation which is fine, it happens. But I had booked a deluxe king room, specifically a non-smoking room. The reception lady asked if I wanted a smoking or non-smoking, I stated I wanted a non-smoking room. AND SHE STILL GAVE ME A SMOKING ROOM. The audacity to ask, then IGNORE MY ANSWER and to give me exactly what I did not ask for. Not only did I ask for the complete opposite room type than what I was given, but it was also NOT what I had booked. Given that I have a health condition where breathing in smoke and cigarette debris-filled air irritates my throat and makes me cough, that is beyond unacceptable. Once I got up to the room and realized that I had been given a smoking room, I had to use the room phone to dial back down to reception and request a room change. They mentioned that they would call me back to deal with this issue. This took 30 MINUTES for them to figure out what rooms were available. At that time, they had run out of the non-smoking deluxe king room so they offered me a non-smoking deluxe queen room instead. I was amenable to that change since it was the same room just with 2 queen beds instead of a single king bed. While not ideal and not exactly 1:1 with what I had booked, it was acceptable since at the very least I had gotten a non-smoking room, however it was still an utter waste of my time because of that dumb reception lady. Based on that experience, I would likely not stay here nor recommend others stay here because the price is not worth the wasted time and pain of having to deal with the room change situation that was not my fault to begin with. I am not okay with staying at a hotel that makes their room (or lack of rooms) issue, MY issue.
