The ambience, the shoppes, the shows, the people, the rooms, everything! The service is top-notch!
Jayzel is very thorough, everything was well thought of from the moment we stepped into the property until the moment we stepped out. She has been impeccable since day 1. This is our 2nd time staying and she always delivers. It is because of her that we have 2 more bookings in the works!
Sanjieb was the best ambassador. He effectively represented the brand, the hotel by being super accommodating and helpful.
Even Sally from The Conservatory was excellent. Her recommendations are amazing!
I cannot think of any. We have not checked out yet but I already made another booking. That’s how good this place is.

Good location. Chelsea Garden Restaurant is good for breakfast
Bathroom door was misaligned can’t close. Poorly designed. We requested for memory pillow but is in travel size, very poor standard for a grand hotel. Staff was abused by an another customer at the time we were checking in. No one comes to her aid nor security was presented. On the other hand my sister tried to get some tourist information from another staff while we check in, she was told to go and to ask another staff. Apparently she was very unfriendly.
