We spent the weekend at the Star Tower premiere king suite at Studio City. The room was very clean and well-prepped for our late night arrival. The staff were all very considerate and kind. We ordered room service for our dinners and breakfasts. The food was fantastic, most specially the steak and the Grilled Lobster Laksa (a personal favourite). The staff at the pool and at Zensa spa were also kind and super helpful.
The only thing that surprised us was that we got a call from reception, early morning on the day of our check-out, to remind us that we had in-room service that exceeded our deposit. We think, in future, to call an hour before the intended check-out time or at least after 9am.

The hotel is the best one the best hotels on Cotai strip. The room and bathroom are nicely decorated and clean. The Waterpark was also very nice. The view from our room was excellent.

The Studio City hotel is located in the heart of Macau, along Cotai Strip. The availability of hotel shuttle was a huge advantage to going around Macau
The cleanliness of the room was not on point. I found strands of hair in my shower air, and also lipstick stains on coffee cups. The lack of jet sprays meant the hotel does not cater to an international audience, in spite of the money that we are paying. They charged us an obnoxious amount of money (HKD 154) for a plate of plain vegetable fried rice, without eggs and any sauces. It's probably worth HKD 10.
