Location and and cleanless, quality & price
Only doubles beds rooms mostly available as a solo traveler would have be better more rooms and price with king bed rather than less expensive but 2 bedrooms bed, I think a gym and spa included would be better rather than so many rooms

The bed was comfortable with no outside noise disturbances. The room was very large and the view was nice. There are bus-stops close-by, the light rail is a short walk away and there were always taxis waiting at the entrance.
The air-conditioning was set on high for arrival - so the room was rather cold (19 degrees). However, you can reduce the fan power which will bring the room to a more reasonable 22 degrees. Bottled water was provided, but it felt unsustainable - it would be better to provide a water cooler - to reduce plastic waste. There was no yogurt or croissants offered at breakfast.
