Location is very good, calm place near the lake.
Bed is comfortable, bathroom is spacious, easy access, beautiful lake view. Breakfast is very good and diverse. Wellness right in the hotel, with different types of saunas, a pool and a Jacuzzi.
Also as we were staying in Mayak, we also had an access to the “paluba”, an additional big conference space with projector, kitchen and some couches, where I could do yoga, as yoga mats were available on the reception.
Even though there is a terrace, with a table and 2 seats, the room itself is very small, not even a space for a small table, when the weather is off and you don’t want to use a terrace.
We were traveling with a dog, so payed +20€ per night, but when we asked the room service to clean, they only vacuumed a bit, and made the bed. No change of the bedding, no cleaning of the bathroom.

Resort facilities and lake setting. Breakfast was nice.
Carpet was dirty with spots. Motion light constantly on & off for the bathroom was slightly annoying.

The reception looks very nice. And the dining room. The place is very close to the beautiful river.
The rooms are very outdated. The windows are very small. Very reminiscent of a warehouse. And not a hotel. Note that you book an hour for a massage. In practice you get less time. It wasn't a full hour. Even though we paid for a whole hour.
There are no air conditioners. If you are hot, open a window. Or turn on a fan.
