Fabulous in Autumn

Surprising lovely. Breakfast 10/10. Room comfortable. Hot shower, nice toiletries. Easy parking. Friendly staff. Great off season family accommodation.

No ice tray. Only a fridge. Imagine it would be busy and noisy in peak season with younger crowd, loud music etc.

Modern rooms with everything you need on-site.

Great modern and clean room. Convenient dining options with a bistro and full breakfast included. Spacious comfortable room with a view of the lake.

Unfortunately located on a main road where the cars going passed woke us up in the morning and the loud banging noises of kegs being loaded onto a truck beneath our window was untimely before 7am.

Great location, central to everything in town. Good range of dining and bars available on-site. Rooms modern and clean.

Bed was far too soft, and pillows far too fat (give us a selection at least!)

It was great. Really clean and the room was nice. Was expecting noise from the But it was ultra quiet.

The only thing that could have been better was the bed. It was way to soft you sank.

Given it has been renovated it’s not very soundproof, also be prepared for the late night music till 1:30am 😫😫

Very friendly staff. Great buffet breakfast. Very pleasant, clean rooms. Eating in at the great restaurant with rustic charm is great for those nights you don't want to venture out.

Perfect central location and the recent renovations have really improved the standard of the property.

Karaoke at the downstairs bar on Sunday night kept us up until midnight. The hotel provides ear plugs but it was so loud that these didn’t help at all. Next time we will be requesting to stay on the bad side of the hotel to get avoid this situation

Very disappointed that the two nights out of three being such loud music.

I think we were unlucky as on Wednesday and Friday annoyingly we could hear very loud pumping club music until after 1 am on the two nights out of three, Wednesday and Friday, so we only got one good night sleep. We tried ear plugs but it was thumping base. I think it would be more reasonable when you have paid over $1000 per night for the music to end by 11 pm. I would not recommend this room for for families or people who like quite. I know they give you ear plugs on check in but it’s just too late to have LOUD music until 1 am in the morning after a full day up the hill. We won’t be back.

Liked the new rooms. Food and service including the bar staff was excellent

Only two issues. Internet wasn't working this morning when I need to get a document sent ( Not your fault but I couldn't hot spot either - poor signal) Other issue is a lack of power points, near the desk - ended up having to use the jug cord, etc. One more near the desk would make a huge difference. USB points and Hotpoint by bed id great :)

A nice and unforgettable short stay in Jindabyne!

Room is so new and clean. view is awesome. close to so many stores and Perisher. Breakfast is also great - taste is as good as the one we have in 5-star hotels which also make it good value for money

Great location, not worth the money but still the best in town.

Great Location above a very frequented Bar & Restaurant, near many shops. Fantastic staff

Be aware of the noise and music on weekend nights, it's not bad and good vibes at the bar. The laundry facility is extremely poor and was partially out of order. The rooms were recently renovated so I had an issue with the shower not draining at all, was fixed though and changed rooms. Reception closes early but you can get someone to come, just ask at the bar. Breakfast finishes at 9am already so be aware and they might even close it sooner if nobody is around for a bit. All in all not bad but definitely not worth that money, would expect higher quality for that!

The place to stay when coming to the Snowies!!!

Amazing newly renovated property that ticks absolutely every box. Both restaurants are excellent and the beds are so comfy. Very little noise coming from the pub downstairs and amazing location. Beautiful views over the lake are world class. Could not have asked for more.
