I had a wonderful stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made me feel at home. The location couldn’t be better. Hollywood Road is one of the best streets in Hong Kong, surrounded by amazing cafés, great bars, fantastic restaurants, and so much character. It was the perfect base for exploring the city on foot. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. I’ll definitely be back!

Bed was comfortable and water hot
It took us some time to get the ventilation fan running. It is connected to the hot water switch.
The check in at the counter using a bar code and doing it on line was troublesome. We had to abort and do it via the phone there.

Good location
Booked ages in advance and our rooms where split over a number of floors we are a family of x4 . Unfortunately had an altercation with the neighbour of our boys room who verbally abused me because I was knocking on my son’s door at 10:30 in the morning . Further to this dash apartments systems was hacked and they got hold of my details and committed a fraud against me . So not the best of experiences for us
