Room is big and clean. Centrally located and close to food options. MTR is slight walk away but very manageable. Lively area but also very quiet at night.
The smell of dried seafood along Bonham Strand takes some getting used to. But it is fine once you’re in the building. No toothbrushes are provided.

Very centrally located in Sheung Wan. Price for property is very good considering the other options that meet our needs (single unit housing 7 people or split into two family suites) and price range are located far away from Hong Kong Island or have low ratings
Minor inconvenience but you need to carry your luggages up the stairs to the lift. Breakfast only starts at 7am which was slightly too late for us

The cafe staff were very friendly and helpful. The receptionists were helpful.
The hotel was minutes away from the Macau ferry which the receptions helped us get to.
The complimentary continental breakfast of toast, croissants, coffee were appreciated.
Local maps could be available.
Booking,com could have made sure we knew that there are 2 adjacent Iclubs. So one could go to the correct Iclub.
