The motel was very clean, tidy and comfortable. Dated, but kept up to standard with paint etc. The heatpump worked well.
There was no electric blanket on the bed which is a necessity in a cold place like Dunedin. We found one on the single bed but it didnt work.

A terrific apartment with everything we could need a short drive from Dunedin attractions and a walk to St Kilda beach. We immediately had a good feeling when entering this property and check in and out was friendly and efficient. Being able to use laundry facilities for $5 and have a full oven, microwave, rice cooker, toaster kettle and multitude of cooking implements as well as plenty of space to chill out was amazing for our three night stay. Would definitely recommend as an affordable and convenient stay near the beach.
