The place is wonderful and value for money. The staff were excellent and very hospitable. The breakfast spread was excellent and the variety was good. Overall an excellent experience.
Generally no negative comments just that the cleaning could be slightly better

Rooms, bed, AC, water was good.
Food quality is poor and very expensive. Its not Value for Money
Room service will not clear the table for hours and even forget to clear.
Shortage of Towels and Bedsheets
Attitude of staff esp Roshan was awful. He doesnt have basic courtesy to even talk to guests. He should be trained.
Morning breakfast has no change.
Chicken served was raw not once or twice a total of 3 times we ordered and it was raw.
The kitchen took 40 mins to replace, and they expected us to wait and then eat chicken.
I expect the GM to take a note of all this and take immediate action to have these corrected.
