Location, but quite noisy at night. The staff were fabulous. They went out of their way to accommodate us. My partner had two broken wrists and a broken bone in his shoulder as a result of a fall… they organised special transport facilities for us and an excellent guide, Armando who took us on a tour of the island. He comes highly recommended.
First bedroom on the first floor… bathroom facilities not working properly. For that room. Other bathroom fine. Second bedroom was on a mezzanine floor with a very narrow staircase and floor to stair ropes to hold on to … fine if you are young, but not so good if you are in your late 60’s, early 70’s.

Our suite was upgraded, and we had the best time
Nothing except that our stay there was too short so we didn't have time to fully enjoy the facility (due to our personal travel arrangements)

Amazing place, clean and impecable. Anastasia was always wiling top help us and she had the best advices. Even though it was noisy outside, inside the room was quiet. The balcony, from another place. We’ve enjoyed the stay very much and would recomend this place without and doubt.
The real thing? Nothing at all.
