Very pleasant stay for two nights.

Breakfast was varied and very tasty. I particularly enjoyed the fruit plate. The room was comfortable and clean. Having the kettle in the room with a selection of tea and coffee was appreciated.

The room is quite small.

I would highly recommend a stay here. Tracey and Andrew were perfect hosts.

this guest house was lovely. very clean, comfortable and centrally located. the hosts were very friendly and accommodating, we couldn’t have found a better place.. they have thought of everything to make their guests feel at home.

Breakfast was lovely. Great location. Very friendly and welcoming hosts and couldn't do enough for you They also very kindly lent me a hat as the weather was roasting that weekend and I was going on a long walk on the Saturday

Lovely comfortable, very clean b and b. The owners are friendly and helpful. lovely breakfast. make sure you sample the fruit platter. Good location. easy to get to restaurants, shops, cycle trail and of course good walks.

We stayed 4 days in Keswick with fantastic hosts Tracey and Andrew. They were super friendly and welcoming and provided us with the best breakfast to start a good day of hiking. They will also give you the best advice if you're looking for the area's best sunset spots. Would definitely recommend staying here!

location a 5 minute walk to the town centre 15 min walk to derwent water, breakfast you had a very choice and accomadating for other chocies rooms very comfy beds very comfy and the hosts very friendly easy to talk to. a big thank you

Despite the weather we had an enjoyable few days, which was helped by friendly and informative hosts

The breakfasts were excellent whatever you chose Nothing was too difficult for the hosts The room and the decor was neat and tidy The location was excellent for all amenities

One slight niggle. The ensuite was quite small which meant that the wash sink was in the bedroom

Lovely homely, cosy guest house, we were staying in Keswick to attend a family wedding. Andrew and Tracey were wonderful hosts, warm, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Communication was good all the way through and they made us very welcome. The room was really comfortable and everywhere was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was exceptional. Would highly recommend and will definately stay again. Thanks again and see you soon Andrew and Tracey.

The place to stay in Kewsick!

Everything; the owners were lovely, welcoming and very accommodating, breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and well equipped, the location was spot on at just five minutes from town, and the view from the room was stunning! An absolute must stay!

Nothing, it was great, I'd love to stop again and I would absolutely recommend staying with them!

Situated within easy walking distance of Keswick Town. Our hosts were very friendly + very knowledgeable of the area. Breakfast was superb.

Perfect location 10 mins walk from Keswick centre. Clean and comfortable room and the owners were very helpful and chatty. High point was the breakfasts. Well cooked and all fresh ingredients (butchers sausage, black pudding etc). Enjoyed the stay hugely.

Great stay in Keswick

Andrew and Tracey were brilliant hosts, during these times they made us both feel very safe and comfortable. Our room was really clean and had everything you could need for a stay in the Lakes and more (marshmallows for your hot chocolate, drying rack for wet clothes and boot trays). The breakfast was excellent and we had plenty of options to choose from. Andrew and Tracey were very attentive from helping us plan our day trips to recommending bars and restaurants in Keswick. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone, we will definitely be back!
