Das Hotel hat eine ruhige Lage direkt an Einstiegen zu Wanderwegen zum Brocken.
Das Zimmer ist gemütlich eingerichtet und das Frühstück war lecker.
Das online- Einchecken ohne Personal ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber relativ unkompliziert durchführbar.

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut an einem Ausgangspunkt für viele Eanderungen
Der Check-in ohne Personal ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, und, für mich, für ein Hotel nicht möglich. Einzigste beim Frühstück am nächsten Morgen waren 2 Mitarbeiter, welche aber in der Küche zu tun hatten.

Nicht funktionsfähiges WLAN. Reale. Frühstückszeiten stimmen nicht mit denen bei der Buchung überein.
