Everything. The staff are amazing. We had trouble with an Uber on the morning we left and the lady at the counter got the van ready to take us to the airport so we didn’t miss our train. The meals were Michelin quality. The onsen on the 6th floor was so nice and had the loveliest products in to use. Loved the outdoor onsen as well. They left treats in our room both days.
Could not fault it.

The staff is super friendly, the room was incredible the sleek Japanese Interieur with tatami mats spread cosy vibes. The private onsen on the roof open also after the dinner.
The dinner and breakfast was super delicious and was the clear highlight of our stay.
Nothing.

The breakfast and dinner are phenomenal! The staffs were extremely helpful too, they pick us up when we arrived. Takefushi-san also went the extra mile to call and drive us to police station when my husband lost his suica card.
