Basic Accommodation in a handy location

Location good for our needs. Clean. Front desk person nice and welcoming.

Very noisy mainly with people staying who didn't care about disturbing others at 3am . No power next to bed as stated in the booking.

The location was very close to friends and shopping. It was situated near main highways to the places i wanted to visit.

I enjoyed the accommodation except for one thing.

Room was clean and bed comfortable. A cold draught was coming through under the door which made the room cold in early hours of the morning. Tried to put ac on to warm room but wouldn't turn on and at that hour there was no one to ask how to operate it.

Just the cold breeze under door....there is a big gap between the bottom of door and floor.

good location, practical and nice staff.

the couple running it where very nice. the room is a decent size with the basics which is all you need. good bed. sofa, desk etc. walking distance to some really nice food places and the train station if need. the hospitals are nearby too if you need that reason. the carpark has a heap of cctv cameras too so i wasn't worried about parking my bike. they even had a small selction of chocolates and soft drinks you could purchase at reception and they where cheap. OH and good wifi!

it's near a train line and on the main road. so it can be a little noisy if you're not use to it. But if you want the location then thats the trade off. some of the other guests could learn a lesson in being courtious too but that not the owners fault.

good size room, comfy bed, all the facilities I needed

a little noisy from the road and trains, but ok during the night. chairs outside the room encouraged people to sit there and talk loudly or smoke and then the stink of the smoke comes in the room. it would be better if these were removed so people either stayed in their rooms or went elsewhere.

just a suggestion but with the complimentary tea & coffee it would be good to offer artificial sweeteners as well as sugar…. my husband is diabetic & we find this is never offered.

Very good stay and the management was friendly and helpful and would come again if back in Cabulcha

Only had one breakfast which was good

Could have had a fly screen on sliding door to keep insects out, when door was open .

basic stay with all the amenities you’d need for a overnighter

stayed here as a bed to sleep in after a night at a concert at sandstone point. beds were comfy, rooms basic but everything you’d need (we had the 2 bedroom) and walking distance to coles, train station, subway, a cafe etc.

abit of road traffic as the 2 bedroom faces the main road and train station.
