Great Location and very clean with everything you need. Nice kitchen, Lounge & Bathroom.
Our carpark was against the wall and so tiny that once you parked you could not get out the car. Room 15 carpark was terrible. Bed was very hard also.

The hotel was in a perfect position, it was clean. Well kept. Quiet. Across the road for the beach. The housekeeping staff were so very nice, always up for a chat and a laugh as was the reception. Extremly efficient. Highly recommend

Location is excellent, right on Rye beach and next to all the Cafes, restaurants, RSL etc
Staff very friendly.
Carpet and a smell (steam cleaned smell) garden view was terrible. Needs major renovation . More a 2.5 star.
