The setting is amazing and everything is in place to have a comfortable stay.
The staff are very friendly and the cleaning ladies were very fun and helpful for small things we needed.
The view is great, the location overall has plenty of small areas where one can just chill and enjoy the surroundings.
That little thing was missing, uncharged lamp when coming in with no cable to charge it.

Everything (location near the beach, excellent staff, especially Agnieszka at the bar, very good room service...).
They could set a cold drink machine in the hall for the guests.

This is a beautiful hotel with balconies overlooking the sea and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was delivered to my own balcony and I could sleep to the sound of the waves. Saint-florent is a lovely marina town with great restaurants. Well worth a visit.

The location is lovely. The staff are friendly and courteous. The sunset bar is a gorgeous spot.
More food options during the day would have been useful. Not being able to contact reception or anyone after 9pm was disappointing as we had an issue and couldn't get any help (no answer).
