The staff were very attentive, and the owner (I guess) was very friendly. Breakfast was a nice Sri Lankan local one, reasonable, good quality and delicious.
Nothing special come to my mind considering the price, location and the service.

Near airport and ok basic hotel.

The room was quite dark, and although two towels were provided, both were torn and in poor condition. I was also disappointed to find gecko droppings on the bed, which I unfortunately sat on before noticing them. This raised concerns about the cleanliness of the room.
The Wi-Fi connection was poor, and I had to rely on my own mobile data for internet access. While I understand that the room is offered at a budget-friendly price, it is disappointing when facilities advertised on Booking.com are either unavailable or do not meet expectations.
I also ordered chicken fried rice, but no drinking water was provided with the meal. I had to walk to the office to request water separately.
On a positive note, the manager was helpful, friendly, and willing to assist whenever needed. However, another staff member, who appeared to be the chef, came across as unfriendly and unapproachable during my stay.
Overall, there are some areas that would benefit from improvement, particularly cleanliness, room maintenance, Wi-Fi reliability, and consistency in customer service.
