A fabulous hostel about 6mins bus from the El Zaino entrance of Tayrona National Park (hostel offers a free shuttle at 8am to the gate and you can easily catch a local bus back. You can walk it but it is a busy main road with big trucks passing frequently and plus with the heat, a bus is much easier! We stayed as a family of 4 in a bungalow surrounded by trees alive with nature. Friendly and helpful staff, swimming pool, amazing views and a very chilled vibe. Food was freshly prepared and good, as well as being well priced too.
Although you can’t have it all - the only negative is the noise of the huge lorries passing infront of the hostel as main road.

Close to park entrance. Room was ok.
We booked the 5pax room but it was occupied when we arrived and they said the aircon wasn’t working. They moved us to another room, which only had 4 beds and no aircon. Kitchen didn’t serve lunch. It was clearly low season for this play. Staff was bored. You’re right at the main road, so it was noisy.

Friendly staff and good location. They also let us leave our bagage for 3 days while we were in Tayrona which was really nice.
We booked this room especially for the bathtub outside. It took literally hours to fill the bathtub, which is why we ended up not even going in there. The water that came out was also cold. The room itself looked nice, but was quite expensive for what you got. Eco hostal yuluka itself was nice, but I would not pay more for a special bathroom, it was not worth the money at all.
