Quiet and good breakfast
The hotel is tired,needs renovation etc. This was our second time there and no improvements had been done.

The size of the room was big. The aircon worked well. There was tea and coffee and an electric kettle. The hot show worked at it got really hot. Breakfast was included.
There was an outdoor deck. It would have been better not to have it so the room could be bigger, it's a waste of space. The TV remote didn't work. The TV had a defect on the screen, you can see it when the TV is off or viewing it from the side, it's almost like a burn mark. The room smelled like cigarettes. The breakfast buffet was OK. The egg omelet should have a sign saying spicy. I didn't know their egg omelet is spicy. The toaster didn't work. The light was on but the bread never got hot. I can see why the price is low for this best western because it's an old hotel and it needs maintenance, it has no elevator. It's next to a side street where you can hear vehicles pass by. There was no refrigerator in my room. When I booked the room the description says it has a refrigerator. This is one instance where I could say you get what you pay for.
