The views were amazing! We were falling asleep on the sound of the waves as we were leaving the balcony door opened. The sea water was very warm and the beach very clean. The pools were clean, the food was very delicious and varied, the staff was polite and helpful.
The cleaners weren't cleaning the room properly, the wc basin wasn't washed properly, the toilet brush was so old and abused that was coming off. Hair, dust and cob webs were in the room when we arrived and they were there when we left.
There were snakes in the sea and one of them was 1.5m long. I know it's not the hotel fault, but one of the safeguard, although I told him that the snake came close to my daughter’s feet, he said without even lifting himself up from the chair:" there are loads". My boyfriend had to catch the snake and take it to the forest as we weren't feeling safe anymore.
The all inclusive didn't have too much choice for drinks. The same 2, 3 cocktails every day. Also, make sure to ask what is included in the menu, as we asked for frappes and as the bartender didn't speak English he said yes when I showed him the red bracelet, but after that he asked for money.

It’s the second time we come here with the family. It’s a great resort for families with kids, the rooms are great and kids loved the pools and the activity center.
I think a few improvements could be made on the menu side, like more variety of meat, more simple barbecues.

the upper pool, on 4th floor is nice
- the food is a average at most, taste and diversification
- I supplemented 1 day to my stay after my initial booking and they said ai could not stay in the same room, so I booked another room for 1 day; when I arrived, they arranged to stay in the same room although by phone they said it is impossible.
- the services are average, by all inclusive meaning all the cheap stuff for drinking, for example captain Fred as rum(the poor brother of captain Morgan I guess)
- the personal around the tables does not understand english at all, not even napkin or fork
- the accommodation is split in 3 buildings, I did not read anything about it on the description.

Even though it doesn’t have a sea view, the Double Deluxe room is very nice. The room was huge with more premium funiture and the bed was large and comfy.
The fact that the hotel has direct access to the beach was a huge asset, as is the variety of pools.
Since we travelled at the beginning of September, we always found free sunbeds, no matter what time we went.
We chose this place based on its Booking rating, which had severely decreased between the date we made the reservation and our arrival. The stuff was lacking hospitality, from the reception, restaurant to the bartemders, which sometimes looked as like we were distirbing them.
The food from the restaurant was not very diverse, some of the meals were not freshly made, and we found the grilled dishes not suffieciently prepared. Also, some of the tableware and glasses were not cleaned properly.
Unfortunately, some of the resort’s common areas are in need of renovation due to long wear and tear. Also, a €10/day parking fee was introduced this year, which we considered too expensive for just a barier.
The attention to detail makes the difference and here was completely absent. The place has great potential, but unfortunately, we will not be coming back.
