Everything, the location is in the middle of the T zone, near bars, restaurants, shops. The staff very kind and very professional. The facilities clean and lovely.
It would be ideal to find a kettle in the room the make our own coffees or teas.

Very good breakfast and amazing staff.
It''s extremely hot in the afternoon (we went in May) and the windows almost don't open (what I didn't expect), so it really needed an air conditioning.

The location is great.
It's an old building with subpar renovations. Despite the excellent cleaning staff, the facilities are outdated, and there's a sewer odor coming from the pipes in the bathroom. The windows are not soundproof and face bars and clubs. There is no air conditioning; it was impossible to sleep when outside temperature was 70°F. They provided a regular fan, but opening the window meant noise kept us awake. The place looks different from the pictures.
