Amazing experience

One of the nicest and most spacious hotels I have stayed in, in Japan. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The staff were always friendly and accommodating. The room was incredibly quiet, I'm super sensitive to sounds and even the fridge and air-conditioning unit were near silent which was amazing.

We did the breakfast one of the days, the Japanese seemed to all love it so it's mostly just a cultural difference, but for me it was too heavy for a breakfast so I just stuck with the white toast which was the only western style breakfast item. A bit boring for the price, but again, not really a negative because to be fair, this is Japan and it was a Japanese breakfast. All food I would have loved to eat later in the day though.

Exceptional

the staff was very accommodating. they really helped us a lot especially with the transportations and letting us use the dining room downstairs because we were a big group and it was hard for us to find a restaurant that would fit all of us.

Location was perfect. There were a wide range of amenities at the front desk. Staff were very friendly.

Pretty ocean, uncomfortable beds.

The staff almost always had the elevator open before we got to it. All the staff were really kind. The ocean was really close.

Parking cost 1000 yen a day. (About ten dollars.) Breakfast was free but wasn't great.

Good location, near to airport, beach, and city

The room with a sea view was great. Also, close to the beach and not so far from Kokusai Dori street.

my husband and I where satisfied with our stay at this hotel.

with daily room cleaner, kind staff, away from busy street and close to sea.. We were also allowed to leave our luggage when we checked out because we were moving to another hotel and our check in time was at 3pm

I expected to see the sunrise and sunset but I was wrong ..

Thank you for a great time ❣️. Massage chair after our room change was great.

Question is, what did I not like☺️. They were extremely polite and hospitable in my experience.

I didn't like that they didn't have maybe 2 electronic bicycles to assist us with our traversing hills and valleys in Naha😀

Good view of sea

I got a room with sea. So beautiful. I could easily access naminoue beach from the hotel. Staff is kind.

Good first experience in Okinawa to enjow sea and sun.

Clean and nice staff as usual in Japan. Very nice to have possibility to rent/ride bike in case you need to go to a bit near center to buy something. Close to airport and 10 minutes walk from the only beach in the Naha City.

Rooms were smaller than expected and the balcony in the sea side rooms were not really designed to enjoy sea view. Breakfast is ok but not so many choices and not so many options for us. Limited but ok level of breakfast.

Nothing except the location and mixed view from room.

The worsts hotel I've ever stayed in Japan. In comparison with value of money it's just brought a punishment with payment. Specially room was so disgusting and dirty smell. All amenities were near to broken. Only a little bit port side view from room was the mentionable pros. Services was worst.
