Everything was fine except some of the food. Most of it was very good. The 'bacon' was like reconstituted mush with a texture of cardboard. Better not to offer it.
It was an excellent location with Robyn in the hospital 50 metres away so Terry could visit at any time.
The layout of the room/bathroom was very good except you had to walk across the bathroom to turn the light on. A trip hazard.
The cost was very reasonable.
Trying to cross the road to the mall and the rubbish in the river but that is pretty much outside the Mega's control.

The location is superb near everything in kuta.
The property is good in general though needs a lot of renovation. The spa is not available anymore which is a bum for me.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for our needs as we needed to be close by car to the ferry terminal, the room was very good and the price was fantastic. Food was good and the funky purple theme was quite pleasant. Was only transiting so could not enjoy this hotel to the fullest potential. We were offered breakfast packs as we would not be in time for the buffet as we needed to leave at 6:30am for the ferry terminal, breakfast started at 7:00am.
There were constant cat turf wars so frequent cat fights and howls around the complex, trying to cross the road to the money changer is a near life-or-death experience, took me over 1 hour to cross the road and back, the traffic is so heavy as the hotel is on one of the main roads out of Denpasar, not a hotel issue though.
