Staff Support was excellent
No Game zone such as cycling, badminton
Washroom needs complete change, felt like having bath in some vintage government place
Bed was uncomfortable, shower water pressure was pathetic, no hot water

Location was the icing on the cake - though in a busy area, the Hotel itself was suRrounded by greenery and was quiet and peaceful. The presence of a variety of feathered friends, and their lovely singing was indeed a welcome Bonus. Food quality was good and the service was exceptional, as was the Housekeeping and overall Cleanliness and Maintenance. A variety of interesting Books was also there as was the daily Newspaper! Thank you for a great stay, Team Orritel!
Really can’t think of anything, though a working Swimmimg Pool would have made my stay even grander, but I am glad that it was closed, due to the COVID Pandemic.
