Friendly staff, nice food, lovely room. Accommodated dog well for £10 fee. Very clean and pleasant room

Took a while to get a reply about the dog - we didn't need to worry though. Bed a bit soft for my husband - felt like he was rolling downhill.... Couldn't get on car park but was able to park on the road.

Breakfast was good. Location excellent . Dinner was good though we had the bread and butter pudding which was disappointing as we hadn’t realised it would be a cold version rather the usual

Menu description of the above pudding! The “car park” was chaotic as it was not just for hotel guests. However, the receptionist did her very best to try and sort out the problem- with help from the chef!
