The set up and it had a fridge so we could keep drinks cold
Have clean bedding on the beds with no marks and cleaner shower

Very convenient for access to Heathrow. Good places to eat/ get food close by.

The room is massive, the bedding and towels were spotless and the beds comfy.
The kitchen area and use of 2 bathrooms was great
Wifi was amazing
The extension lead with phone charger sockets a great touch.
Bottles of water were a nice touch.
Full size fridge in kitchen
It was dirty, didn't look like anyone had been in to clean .
2 cups in the kitchen were filthy didn't look like they had been cleaned for ages and there was random dirty items all around. Bin wasn't big enough.
Bathrooms felt unfinished and dirty
Light switch was right on the other side of the room
Tv didn't work
Broken picture on the wall and some of a mural falling away, loads of paint chipped of making it look old and tired.
Too much big old dirty furniture when two bedside tables would have been plenty.
Rug was dirty and too big so it was pulled up behind the beds .
Had we been staying for more than one night we would have left when we got there but it was one night only so we just sucked it up.
A small amount of work and this room would be fantastic and great value but in this state it wasn't worth the money.
