Mooie locatie, mooi uitzicht vanaf het zwembad op de zee. Vriendelijk personeel, haalde onze bagage op en werd naar de kamer gebracht.

1. Helaas hing er in de badkamer een verschrikkelijke stank. Tussen het riet en de dakpannen zit een ruimte, hier hoorde wij regelmatig een iets lopen. Waarschijnlijk een rattennest. Later heeft mijn vriendin ook een rat gezien in de kamer. Dit geloofde iemand van het personeel eerst niet. Later kwam hij zelf kijken en was hij het er wel mee eens dat dit niet goed was. Toen zijn wij per direct gelukkig naar een andere kamer verhuisd. 2. Twee van de drie avonden veel overlast gehad van een groep dronken Australische jongeren bij het zwembad. Schreeuwen, boeren en na 12 uur ‘s nachts nog luidruchtig in het zwembad. 3. Deze dingen kunnen natuurlijk gebeuren. Maar het ergste van alles is dat bij het uitchecken wij dit hebben aangegeven bij de eigenaar en er totaal niet op in werd gegaan. Geen excuses voor de overlast, geen enkele reactie zelfs! Het pinapparaat werd onder de neus geschoven en daarmee was alles gezegd. Neem je verantwoordelijkheid als eigenaar en ga voor je regels staan. 4. Als kers op de taart nog voor de dubbele prijs afgetroggeld voor een “Cliff Vila”-taxi van hun hotel naar het andere verblijf (5 min. voor 100K.)

Stunning location & lovely friendly staff! Beautiful rooms and so close to the beach with cute cafe and local warung. Can easily hire scooters at the property also.

The Hotel is located on cliff and the view was beautiful! Pool is very nice.

Hotel staff were rude (lobby and restaurant) and didn’t care about customers. Felt like they want us to leave.

We love the untouched wildness and the tropical jungle feeling this property offers. Its located in the wild with beautiful views of the entire Lembongan beaches, it’s close to a private little beach,(coconut beach) 2 min walk. Playgrounds and lacerations is a paddle away. the tropical jungle offers incredible and beautiful sounds (day and night) Two beautiful pools, which both offer their own unique experience (Nusa view or jungle view) We loved the stunning gardens and beautiful birdlife, one doesnt wanna leave ur patio. The staff are honestly so kind and friendly and super accommodating - always wanting to assist and help where they can. Food was good and well priced as well. Spacious room, always cool. Mosquito nets, aircon and small refrigerator in room. Mosquito burner and pads were also provided and our bed was beautifully decorated on our arrival as well as on our anniversary- THANK YOU

We did not enjoy the dark feeling in the bathroom and “window” in the bathroom, had no mesh on it, so every single night there were roaches in our bathroom only. (Not our bedroom) Not sure if it was just our bathroom or perhaps where our room was located.

Didn't want to leave and can't wait to return. The view here is incredible. Such a relaxing and uplifting place to stay. Beautiful little beach right below, best location.

You can't get a view like this without the hill... but I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone with mobility issues as there are 70 odd steps to climb to villas

toilets / bathrooms need some work. toilet in my room didn’t work, leaking taps, not clear who to contact to ask, food in restaurant is a miss. go elsewhere for breakfast/lunch/dinner

Truly the most beautiful location with the beach a 1 min walk away and an exceptional swimming pool with a view. Beautiful decor in the bedroom and nice and cool air con on arrival.

I feel like the bathroom was quite dated and needed an upgrade but didn’t spend much time in there for it to truly matter! And thicker curtains to block the light coming through in the morning would be a bonus.
