Vriendelijk personeel, kleine schone kamer, fijn bed, heerlijke handdoeken. Parkeren op straat, soms iets verder van het appartement maar goed te doen. Op loopafstand van de lange boulevard en het strand. Prima ontbijt met vooral zoetigheden

Staff molto accogliente e predisposto, molta disponibilità e cura dei dettagli. Appena arrivati, nonostante le camere non fossero ancora pronte, ci hanno comunque fatto lasciare i bagagli in struttura, e ci hanno da subito prospettato la possibilità di un ticket per parcheggiare negli spazi limitrofi alla struttura con un importante sconto rispetto alla tariffa giornaliera generale. Siamo rimasti una sola notte senza colazione, ma il giorno dopo ci hanno comunque offerto un caffè e dato la disponibilità di mangiare qualcosa al buffet della mattina. Personale davvero gentile e solare.

The location was good and the staff really friendly, there is some good effort visible, unfortunately not enough.
We got a really small room overlooking the AC machines on the wall and a messy yard, when we asked for a room overlooking the beautiful park across which was why we chose Villa Grazia, we were told they were full and we only saw one more family in the 16 rooms at the property. The room is really outdated, super small, no room for a suitcase anywhere, the bathroom is tiny, not clean enough, 20 cm from the bottom of the bed, so u can hear everything from the room and vice versa. The door to the room does not reach the floor fully so all the sounds are heard in the room and we were next to the elevator. Breakfast was 1 small croissant per person, 1 slice of bread, 1 coffee and some packed jam and nutella, 1 joghurt. No extra bed for our child plus there wouldn’t be any room for it.
