Staff very helpful, especially with early check in. Very close to airport and Nairobi National Park. Concierge very helpful in arranging special tours. Overall, excellent staff.
Bathroom getting a little out of date, note that they have started remodeling rooms.

The staff were exceptionally polite, welcoming, and professional. They even helped me park my car after I missed the entrance, and the checkout process was handled courteously without making me feel rushed. Their customer service was excellent.
The bathroom ventilation in Room 425 needs improvement. The enclosed glass bathroom has very limited ventilation, causing steam to build up quickly. It became difficult to breathe while showering, and I nearly fainted. I had to keep the bathroom door open to finish showering. Better ventilation would greatly improve guest comfort and safety
