We’ve always enjoyed staying here we visit once a year . The pool is definitely a big win for the kids and is always the main attraction for our stay. The cabins are consistently clean, the facilities are well looked after, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming.
It would be good to see some signs around the pool area, or reminders on the big screen, encouraging people to use the toilets. I watched my kids in the pool for around 2.5 hours and saw plenty of adults and children drinking at the swim-up bar, but during that whole time I didn’t see anyone use the pool toilets!
I have to say, it was pretty off-putting and made me wonder just how much urine is actually ending up in the pool. A few reminders might help encourage better hygiene and make the pool experience more comfortable for everyone.

Hot pools are nice. The communal areas are very clean and well maintained.
The bar was not well staffed at not quite 7pm, the rubbish and cups blew into the pool and we had to wait a while for service even though it wasn’t busy at all. The barman obviously wanted to be somewhere else and then closed the bar. Not quite what we expected from the resort.

We liked that it was something different, the swim up bar was definitely a hit. Kids enjoyed the slides.
Everything cost money. We were already paying so much a night well beyond a flight to Australia a night, just to be hit with more costs like $5 for a pool floaty money to play in the kids games room the drinks at the bar were in my opinion $5 too much. $20 for a cocktail why not make it $15 so overpriced. The shower in our cabin was like a water blaster! No joke it was painful so much so our kids didnt use it and I only washed my hair once because it was so intense and for 600 a night you think you could shower at the end of the day.
