We had a lovely stay at Riad Dama & Spa. The staff was friendly, helpful and always welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the Medina, making it perfect for exploring Marrakech.

The property is nice and. Clean. Staff are amazing particularly Yazidi and Samir who were very attentive. You will experience the culture of Morocco in this property. The location is excellent short walk from the Jamel Al fnaa approx 8 minutes.

Staff really good. Especially they gave us cold lemonade juice and water. That was so good. Staff there helped me about which places to see. That was really good.
The only problem was our private car which was arranged for us by the hotel. The car's AC system did not work during the whole journey. We had to open the windows all the time in so much hot weather. And when I complained about this. It was not taken seriously at all. I believe that was not professional at all as we had to pay quite a lot of money for the car.
So the only suggestion to others is don't book a private car through the hotel for any day tour, as the cars did serve the purpose in the hot weather.

Near city, but not the nice side of the city
Cold room (we where there in January when it was awful weather), the heating pump didn’t work, bad Internett and the small pool was cold
