The location is perfect - close to the airport and perfect for people who want to party at Scorpios. The pool is amazing as well as the breakfast, which is served till 12:30. The staff is very nice as well. It was so good that we extended our stay instead of going to another part of the island.

Almyra is overlooking Scorpios and it only takes 4 minutes by car or 15ish by foot (downhill). After 3 years of staying in Chora, I finally find something that suits me more - no annoying traffic jam, parking craziness, overall tension, carring suitcases through the little streets… The whole experience of staying in Mykonos shifts only by smartly choosing the location of your stay. Almyra is only 7 minutes away from the airport which was very convinient for me and my friends.
Another detail that I would highlight is the profile of other guests - very normal and polite people, no yelling and screaming or singing in the middle of the night (which you can expect in Mykonos).
Overall - I would return here next time I visit the island.

Location of this property was excellent. Whilst slighlty up hill very walkable to both local beaches with great bars,beach clubs and restuarants and plenty of sunbeds. Plus easy reach to local water taxi which is a great way to get round the island. The pool and bar area at the property was lovely. The guest house is run by a lovely family who were incredibly helpful our entire stay. Food at the bar was also delicious. Great breakfast and lunches at reasonable prices. Pool towels were also provided along with a dressing gown and slippers in the room which were all nice touches. The family were really accomodating and made sure our stay was a nice as possible. For example, my son and my daughter were sharing a room and they noted that my son had opted for the settee downstairs. The next day they bought in a single bed for him to sleep on instead. Nothing was said they just observed and responded which was really appreciated. Views from the property are also stunning and whilst we did go into Myknos Town one night there was plenty of places to eat in teh evening along the local beaches.
The only thing I can really comment on was the lack of storage in the room so very little space to really put clothes, toiletries etc. Whilst we were only there for a few days so it didn't really matter to us if we were staying for longer I would have found this a bit frustrating.
