I would like to give special recognition to Rubab, the Guest Relations Manager, for her incredible problem-solving skills and outstanding hospitality.
I have travelled to almost 28 countries and stayed with many of the world’s biggest hotel brands, and I can genuinely say that Rubab stands out. She went above and beyond to resolve an issue with my room keys and continued assisting me even after her duty hours.
Her professionalism, dedication, warm personality, and willingness to help are truly exceptional. Hashoo Group is very lucky to have someone like Rubab on its team. She is undoubtedly a valuable asset to the property and a wonderful representative of the brand.
