Hotel Borgo Vista Lago

Amazing view, amazing breakfast, very friendly staff.

Parking in the area is a challenge. Although the hotel provides us with free parking on the street, finding open spots is a nightmare. Every single day I had to park my car a few hundred meters away, and then wake up extra early to bring the car back to the street in front of the hotel in order to escape a parking ticket. It is also crazy that people just park behind your car. I guess this is a "small town" kind of thing where people know each other. One more thing, it's crazy that there is a window between the shower and the bedroom. Although I was there with my spouse, she is not very fond of being watched while she showers, as it is a private moment. My message to the owner: please install a curtain between the shower and the bedroom. Nobody wants to see other people showering (unless they are perverts).

Absolutely everything! The location is wonderful and the room was very comfortable and spacious. Marco and Julia were extremely welcoming and so very helpful. We cannot wait to come back to this beautiful town and visit our new friends at the Hotel Borgo Vista Lago!!!

Everything was wonderful

Location is perfect. The local parking permit is provided. The staff is friendly.

The fridge in our room didn’t work. The check-in hours are limited. The air conditioning was far from sufficient, leaving the upper floor of our room in heat.

Next to lake - lovely view and to eat breakfast outside. Very good housekeeping. Friendly welcome. Nice bed.

Cheap toiletries in plastic wrappers. No full length mirror in room.. Safety deposit box missing. Mini bar not stocked. Scruffy breakfast environment with minimal effort - same dolci kept being put out for four days, old fruit etc wa very disappointing.
