We loved everything and will definitely be coming back.

The only problem we had was the plug socket next to the bed wasnt fitted properly so whatever i was charging or using keep coming out of the wall.

I hadn’t realised that I would only have the option of a full English breakfast. I selected it thinking it was a more comprehensive option as I knew my partner would want one, but I’d have liked a smaller continental breakfast and don’t understand why there was no flexibility with this. Disappointing to pay almost £20 extra in drinks and service charges too.

The shower was awful, hardly any pressure and the wet room is poorly designed such that everything got wet.
