Always choose this hotel as cant fault it or the staff and location. great value for money too

everything always exceeds my expectations here, thats why i always choose this hotel. i always have room only and the staff are all lovely. great sized room with great air conditioning and good wifi. the pool area is lovely and always very clean. staff cant do enough for you and i always feel at home here. Beach at Viva is excellent and have made very good friends there over the years. this is a perfectly located hotel for all entertainment, restaurants, shops, buses/ taxis and beach access., for families, coupes and single travellers

Not the first time.. Not the last

In the middle of naama bay.. Near to the beach and restaurants and main road.. Acceptable food with limited variety (due to low price) very humble and kind staff.. Very good welcoming by the receptionist Mr. Ahmed (special thanks to him and Mr. Reda)

Swimming pool was a little dirty (need more attention)

worth of money, good location

we stayed for 3 nights and it was easy to excess. they have agreement with a beach which is very close, make things easier. room was very big and they ve very friendly staff.

we have some problems with hot water but we didn’t ask for help too, so maybe we just didn’t figure out

Location is perfect. Front desk Mr. Ahmed is great.

The hotel is pretty standard and looks like it hasn't been renovated since a few years. The staff especially Mr. Ahmed at the reception is superb. He caters to every need of the guest and goes well beyond the line of duty to make you feel comfortable. The location cannot be better than this hotel, its right at the main center of Naama bay and the private beach is also a few minutes walk from the hotel which is also good.

Breakfast is below average with very few items on the buffet and that too isn't very good. Cleanliness is average. The beds were a little hard. Rooms on the side of the road have alot of noise from the street so its better to stay in rooms away from the main road. Considering the price and the location all the above can be overlooked since considering the cost-to-benefits ratio this hotel is good.

Superb

Spacious room, fridge, electric kettle, comfortable mattress, excellent breakfast, wonderful welcoming front desk staff, attractive pool area, nice terrace area on second floor with comfy seating area where there is WiFi access.

Shower walls needed to be wiped down, water leaked through shower caulking onto bathroom floor.

Always Reception STAFF who are really friendly. Jamal the night receptionist is a Top Man, really friendly and respectful, Thank you Jamal for a great check in. Also Ahmed the day reception is really helpful and kind. Ahmed the new helper is really good he showed me the two rooms and I chose one.

This is my base in Sharm because of the Location, I gave it 9 this time because: 1- I requested one of two rooms 2 weeks before and when I arrived I was given different rooms, I was really sad 😔because am a customer. 2- Wifi in rooms is very poor .. why not management spend a little bit and get wifi every where price up just 2 dollars for every room ? 3- Breakfast team not friendly. do not smile. I told them my breakfast is included he didn’t believe me and went to reception to double check. please respect me man !!!!

The hotel location is fantastic, near the beach, restaurants and shopping centres. The staff are very Cooperative and friendly

The facilties are very bad, although the room is spacious but it's bedding are very poor, the toilet is very old that not suitable for a hotel usage, the floor and the furniture are sorry to say dirty

I like the location of the hotel and many opportunities close to it

The breakfast was really terrible and they were serving the same stuff and cheap quality. The room was not cleaned properly.

a super basic facilities that charged me 250$ per night . If it is Asia i would pay 70 $ .

Variety of breakfast was poor. Hotel was unnecessarily expensive compared to other hotels of same standard.

Good

The location is very central, promenade, shops, cafe, supermarket and the beach just 5-10 min. to the hotel. Room is simple and super clean, change towels everyday.

Upon arrival I had some problems with local WI FI, and food, but it was all solved by hotel's manager mr.Hisham, who seems profesional and caring about his customers.

Very good

Location is perfect and rooms are clean. There was a lack of ventilation in kitchen and I am sensitive to smells so I didnt eat anything in there. Jamal is so helpfull about everything, Me and my husband are grateful to him. He always guided us in the most correct way and prevented us from being deceived by giving too much money during this trip.

I liked the swimming pool it was cleaned most of the times , location in the centre of the shopping areas, room size was very big and the rooms we have contains 3 single beds I was concerned because I have a baby and they said there is no space for extra bed , but after I checked in I was happy to see 3 beds in the room.

The location is perfect its near to everything stuff was very friendly and helpful especially Jamal and Ahmed recipient team

Quite noisy place, but it is the price you pay to be close to everything. However, it wasn’t hard to sleep at night.

A perfect changing room for us

We only used this room to change and shower from our day trip from Cairo. We didn't use the beds. The price was perfect for this. The location was even better!

The room was run down and old but again we never slept here.
