I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Overall, my experience was good and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very nice. I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the warm and welcoming service.
I would also like to share a few comments that could help improve the guest experience. The room itself feels a little outdated and could benefit from some updating. Unfortunately, the bed was not very comfortable. In addition, there was loud music playing in the morning, around 10:30 a.m., which was a little disturbing. I hope these points can be taken into consideration for future improvements.

The staff members are very nice, kind, and patient I just want to thank them ,they are few doing a lot, (Omar, Tarek, Mahmoud, and Maher who works as a life guard in the morning, I want to express my appreciation for how were they patient with my baby girl and how polite the room service guys are! The receptionists were very nice and helpful as well, they always do anything I want, the hotel’s location is perfect! The beach is very nice, we really felt home because of how nice the staff was..
The food is very good, clean, and delicious, the chiefs are excellent but in the all inclusive program, lunch is not an open buffet and this was not mentioned by the property, whatever they serve you eat this was the thing we didn’t like in addition to the absence of food variety specially breakfast, dinner is perfect,

The staff were very friendly and accommodating — all lovely people. The atmosphere was nice, peaceful, and quiet. After we checked out, we came back later in the day to shower and they checked us into a new room just to shower! Very kind.
The room was slightly worse than advertised in photos, with a very hard and flat bed. Everything else was on-brand for a budget hotel (that is to say, exactly what we signed up for). Not all the rooms face the main street, but ours did, and we could hear noise and music all night. If you are a budget traveler looking to stay a short period, this is a great place, but if you need lots of comfort and aesthetics to feel at home, this place is probably not suitable for you.

Not specific , average , for just night stay , old furniture, bed , beds, shower and bathroom very old , if you want to save from accommodation and not will to really enjoy you can
