The flat had a great location and was really easy to find. It was cozy, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Responsive admin. Overall, good value for money — we'd definitely stay here again.
We stayed as a group of 4, but were only given one key at check-in. I asked for a second key, and was told one would be brought the next day — but no one came. I followed up and asked if we could instead use the safe to leave a key for each other to share, which they agreed to. This worked as a solution, but it made the first couple of days a bit inconvenient.
Similarly, for 4 people staying 4 nights, we were only given 2 dishwasher tablets and one small kitchen paper towel. I had to ask for extra towels and tablets, which were brought the next day — so it was resolved, but it would have been better if the initial supplies matched the number of guests and length of stay.
That said, the admin was responsive whenever we raised an issue, and overall it was a comfortable, well-located stay.
