We loved the property. What a great way to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The villa is spectacular, and although there are 36 units, it was so peaceful and quiet. Loved the pools, as well.
This was our second time at the Quinta, and we will definitely return again.
Loved that they now offer breakfast. That was not an option the first time we came.
The only critique we have is regarding the shower. Either the drain is too slow and needed cleaning or the slope of the shower floor doesn't have enough of a pitch b/c the water ran into the bathroom floor when the water was set to a higher flow.

The location is in a vineyard, it's a shared facilities house so basically the living room, kitchen are common so you might meet other people if you book this facility. The pools are quite big and usually not so crowded (at least they weren't when we were there). The person we spoke to was also pretty great and always willing to help us out and we really appreciate that.
We stayed in The 4 Seasons villa, which is really nice but seems all the facilities are quite old. Also, the rooms are quite close to each other and the walls are super thin (or so it seems) as you can hear what your neighbours are speaking and sometimes can be quite annoying.
Also, it kind of feels as if it's abandoned, the whole compound, as usually no one is around or we didn't saw many people around.
The breakfast is good, but it's always the same option so you end up getting bored of eating the same food everyday.
Would be great if more information is being sent to the client as for example we found out only in the last day that there is a restaurant on premises (where the wine tasting happens)
The outdoor of the 4 Seasons villa, wasn't super clean, I can understand that dust and leaves will always be a problem but I don't think it was properly cleaned ever.

It's beautiful, well located, the staff are great. It doesn't feel busy, even during peak season, the pools are lush
The 4 winds units are a bit tired, and lacking in basic stuff like enough forks for 4 guests, but nothing major. And some sort of bar/cafe/vendor that you can buy a beer or grab a snack would be really great.
