Great staff and clean rooms with a comfortable bed
We were able to have connecting rooms with our daughter and grandchild.
Just a choice of pillows would be great.

We didn’t stay at the Elm on this occasion as there was a leak and the owner arranged for us to stay at another motel. So all credit to the team.

it was a good location
the floors were stained and dirty. the aircon was not in a good place. the linen was dirty and the chair was the most dirty. the remote also barely worked. it was also very loud and we weren’t told about the renovations happening before/when we booked. and there was only 3 pillows all up.
