The friendly and welcoming staff, the A/C, the secure underground parking for my motorbike, the comfy bed. It was in a great location with plenty of shops close by.
There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

Room was great especially air conditioning & shower . Comfortable bed .Nice breakfast . Perfect location .
The toilet seat was a bit loose & the door didn`t shut very well .

It’s right downtown about a 10-minute walk from the old town and many shops and restaurants.
There’s a tram right outside the door and a private garage right around the corner. For 4,25/day you can ride the tram and bus.
For anyone shopping at Costco France, it’s an 11-minute drive. Le parc de Petit Prince is about 25 minutes away and is a great amusement park for kids 12 and under (and anyone who is a fan of Saint Exupéry’s novel).
I had a wonderful stay here. The staff went above and beyond. They are very friendly, helpful and welcoming.
The hotel is older and the building could use some updates, but they staff keeps it clean, the mattresses and bedding are new and very comfortable. The rooms have a/c, which is a blessing with the fluctuating outside temperatures.
My room was spacious and had a nice view of the tram and office buildings across the street. I never heard any guests above or through walls (but saw many in hallways) so it’s solid.
The neighborhood is safe and easy to walk to wherever you want to go.
Breakfasts have something for everyone and the staff works hard to keep everything stocked during the four hour breakfast window.
I will gladly stay here again and intend to do so the next time I need a Costco run.

The staff were great. The secure underground parking was a bonus. The shower had good pressure and a nice big head.
The room was tiny. The room hasn't been used in awhile so the shower drain stank of sewage. That cleared with some water ran in the drain. Nothing to drink water with, just paper cups in the bathroom.
