It was on the ocean front and we had an ocean facing room. Hotel shuttle picked up our luggage so we could roam the island handsfree. check-in was very comfortable and clear. The kaisekhi Dinner was awesome. We had opted for half board so next day breakfast was awesome , absolutely delicious and authentic Japanese food and stay experience.
Nothing in particular. There was confusion over Sake , we asked the staff whether it was included in dinner package and they said yes. Could be language barrier, so we ended paying for 2 Sake bottles at hotel rates.

I liked the vibe of the hotel and the staff were so welcoming and extremely helpful. Great customer service.
I think the hotel location are great but it all felt a little tired and dated.

Beautiful location
The futon beds were uncomfortable and unsuitable for a good nights rest
