Staying in a Trulli - a unique form of housing.
Reception was quite unfriendly, almost hostile. Definitely inconsiderate and leaving out critical information - like when it is OK to drive up to your room. No help offered with handling heavy luggage - which necessitated rearrangement that were not easy and quite cumbersome, causing discomfort.
