Have stayed here many times in the past, apparently citadel was leased for the past 8 months to people didn't run it so well thank God the owners are back now running the place, this is my home when in Puerto and everything was perfect, this is a hidden gem lovely rooms lovely swimming pool and grounds

The staff were very pleasant and friendly and the room was clean..
My fight was cancelled and I let them know. I want you to keep my booking as i was arriving early in the morning instead of that night. I did receive a reply acknowledging this and saying they wouldn't cancel my booking. On arrival at the property my booking had been cancelled. Even now when my stay has now been completed I am getting messages from booking.com saying I was reported by them as a no show! I did turn up and I paid for the two nights even though I only stayed the one night! I was also told that I could have breakfast in the morning and when i got up at 8:30am to have breakfast I was told they was no food left. It's not close to anything as far as food goes so if breakfast isn't an option then it's not easy to go find food. The website actually states that they can organise a shuttle they don't they told me that they didn't have one and they couldn't do it. The lack of communication is appalling.
